Location In the very heart of the prestigious Monbazillac vineyard, visit the largest vinification of sweet white wines in the world, in terms of volumes of production. About 7 km to the south of Bergerac, savour the magnificent view over the sloping hills of these famous vintages. Tour and tasting. In this ultra modern cellar, discover the different stages of tasting (visual, smell and taste) as well as the vinification and maturing processes of this sweet white wine with complex aromas (dried fruits, honey, citrus, flowers...), And at the end of the free tasting session of Monbazillac, Bergerac or Pécharmant, why not head off to visit the château at Monbazillac, a listed historic monument dating back to the 16th century? Here too you will be welcomed warmly and be able to enjoy the wonderful view over the Dordogne valley.

The vineyards of the Bergerac extend over more than 1300 hectares and give the Purple Perigord its name.

Thanks to the diversity of its soils (sandy-gravel, clay and chalk and boulbène), coupled with the optimal exposure of the Dordogne hill sides, the Cave Alliance Aquitaine is able to offer a wide range of high quality wines.

The Cave Alliance Aquitaine is made up of 209 wine growers divided into two branches: 

- the Bergerac branch, which has the largest Bergerac oak barrel cellar (more than 1,000 Bordeaux barrels) located on the Pécharmant appellation.

- the Fleix branch, located on the Bordeaux and Bergerac appellations.

Here you can taste many different wines (Bordeaux, Pécharmant, Bergerac, Montravel, dry and sweet whites and rosés) and also visit the barrel cellars.

The Bergerac branch organises regular exhibitions of paintings.
