The principle is simple: a partnership between a restaurant and a winegrower from the Côtes-de-Duras AOC. The winegrower sets up shop in the restaurant or on the terrace in summer so you can discover the wine. They will present their wines to the clients in the restaurant, with tasting and suggestions for the best wines to serve with the dishes they have chosen. It is an ideal chance to make an appointment with the winegrower to discover their vineyard the day after.
