On an Armagnac producing estate that has been elegantly restored, this single storey detached house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 beds (4 x single beds), covered terrace and garden.
4 people capacity but possibility of hosting 8 people, as well as possibility of catering. Poultry farming building 600 metres away. Property is not fenced off. Tennis court on the estate (4h/day).
Closest market: 15 km. Local shops: 5 km. Supermarket: 10 km.

Washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, TV, electric heating, fireplace, laptop, garden furniture, BBQ. Wood for fireplace provided. Sheets and towels also supplied. Cleaning: 40 euros/week.
