Location
The peaceful environment and the 19 hectares of the Briolet gîte are particularly suitable for relaxation and discovery. Set in the town of Cocumont, not far from Marmande and its illustrious tomatoes, the gîte enjoys an unobstructed view over the Garonne Valley and the surrounding vines.
 
Ambiance
With its exposed stone and private swimming pool, Briolet will charm you straight away. Typical of the houses of years gone by in the Lot-et-Garonne, this detached single-storey gîte has been fully restored. It has been awarded the "Tourisme et handicap" label for its facilities for the disabled.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom (double bed) and on the first floor 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and a sofa-bed, the other with a king-size bed and 2 single beds).
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Plenty of equipment is available free of charge: loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis, high chair for babies…

Location:
On grounds of more than a hectare, Patrick and Martine welcome you to their gîte "Les ruchers du pigeonnier" for a rustic break. Built in the 17th century, this former dovecote has recently been restored in a style combining authenticity and modernity. The gîte is one kilometre away from the shops in Meilhan-sur-Garonne, in the heart of the Garonne Valley.

Atmosphere:
This 55 m2 gîte can accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms each with a double bed. The living room is decorated in the modern style and can also accommodate two extra people with its sofa-bed.
The gîte has a fully fitted kitchen and an Italian shower.

In partnership with Château Bois Beaulieu, Patrick and Martine invite you to discover wine tourism in their region. At the gîte you will find a map of the wine area, books on wine, tasting equipment, and an area specially designed to store wine bottles.
