The departure point for this walk is at the Cooperative Winery in Cocumont, 15km south-west of Marmande. You should expect to spend 2 hours walking this six km circuit. The walk is easy, with a total climb of 115m. The route is signposted with blue waymarkings to help you, but you are advised to purchase the route guide either from the Val de Garonne Tourist Office or on the website for the Regional Tourist Board of the Lot-et-Garonne. 

 Your steps will take you to the heart of the main winegrowing village in the Lot-et-Garonne. The stopping place at the "As Courde" wash-house is just the first of many wonderful sights and there is also a shaded picnic area. Information signs to understand the landscape and explain the different grape varieties in Côtes-du-Marmandais will liven up your walk. Upon your return to the Marmandais de Cocumont winery, the only thing left to do it to try the generous wines with their warm accents.
