Set in the heart of the Sauternes, this world famous little town, the Maison du Sauternes which brings together twenty-four producers of this appellation welcomes you every day into its classy stone building, 47 kilometres south east of Bordeaux.

Atmosphere and tasting
Would you like to have a better knowledge of the Sauternes appellation (which encapsulates the five villages of Sauternes, Fargues, Bommes, Preignac and Barsac) and taste a wide range of these legendary sweet wines without visiting all the châteaux in the region. The producers will give their advice and tips whilst tasting the wines. The price of the wine for sale is identical to prices of bottles sold directly from the châteaux. Yquem, Suduiraut, Fargues, Tour Blanche and Claverie will no longer hold any secrets for you!

Nestled in 2 hectares of vines, this lovely century-old stately home, mostly open to the public, welcomes professionals and visitors to appreciate the unrivalled delicateness of great Graves wines. All year long, it holds events and exhibitions. The guided tour includes a presentation of the region and terroir and a free tasting.
