Imagine the life of millers during a visit to Gornac, where the mill became a museum in 1975 when it was restored. Built in 1601 on the heights of Benauge in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers, the museum-mill still has its original tower, staircase and door.
Visit
The Haut-Benauge museum-mill is now enjoying a second career, displaying remains of the ancient rural trades, in particular those relating to vines and wine. Here you will see a nicely highlighted collection of small crafts tools dating back to the 18th century.
