Cooperative wineries: know-how and knowledgeThe cooperative wineries are groups of producers that manufacture wine from start to finish, from delivery of the grapes to bottling, and also the ageing in barrels or vats. The visit to their property often includes a tasting and sometimes a trip through the vineyards, offering a panoramic view of this ancient culture that has embraced modern developments. When the grapes are being harvested the area is a real hub of activity!
