Le ChabrotLocation In the Saint-Pierre district, next to the majestic Porte Cailhau, Chabrot is also known as the neighbourhood bar, due to its position (on the corner of Place du Palais). Ambiance: You can’t help but immediately start to feel your spirits lift when you step inside this small colourful bistro, decorated with retro signs and old posters. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, let yourself move to the music which ranges from jazz to blues, and try the wines by the glass, accompanied by tartines, cooked meats or roast Camembert. Available from 7pm to 9pm, the "apéro-vin" deal consists of a plate of cooked meats and a glass of wine, the ideal way to begin an evening with friends. Booking is recommended.
