Médoc, Sauternes, Bergerac...there is almost too much to try

Wine Schools for good students

These are classes where you are sure not to get bored! Learn how to differentiate between the appellations, the grape varieties, speak about the colour of a wine, to sense the flavours in the mouth, to distinguish the fruity finish or the leathery tannins…
It is a little poetic but the practical teaching will give you the basis over a class of one or two hours or deeper knowledge if you choose a one day course or longer.
